People have them and mine most often revolve around the premise of being. I mull this a lot and I wonder what life is all about. I am quite sure that everyone shares this notion of mine since it is mind that is responsible for it and my mind is not any different from other people’s minds. We all exhibit the same mental propensities and characteristics. So, what do I think about? Mainly, I think about the galaxy and the question of being and nothingness. What makes life tick? It is plain to perceive that there is pain and there is pleasure in this life. The duality of things is plain to see. What concerns me most is finding what lies beyond the obvious. There are theories and ideas which strive to explain that which is invisible and the majority of them are in need of relevant examples. Life can be soft or difficult. That appears to be the usual case. A difficult life is nothing more than the other side of a cushy life. Who is to say that one is better than the other? A difficult life can lead a man to work harder and cause him to gain more. An easy life can make one weak. Which one is better than the other? Surely, there are mutitudes of invisible ideas than these simple observations. To paraphrase the movie, there is more than meets the eye. Take the scriptures or the sutras. They seem to preach something relating to divinity, and conflict is what happens from adhering to one or the other. I have often been perplexed by this situation and I cannot believe that one is better than the other. For sure, there are other mechanisms at work than a simple belief in one or the other. One god is fine with me and there are many belief systems that allow for a multiplicity of gods.
